The LADPW Seismic Retrofit Project was voted by members of The Gordian Group (JOC)
as the Best of Best project of the year Nation wide. The different geographical regions submitted their best project and they voted company-wide on the finalist projects. After the voting was tallied up, the Seismic Retrofit Project won the award for Project of the year. This is their fist award given and they plan on doing so cosplay anime
annually. The awards were handed out to DPW Director Massoud, DPW PM Luis Ramirez, Howard Lee MTM Construction, and Christie Constructors (steel portion). President Howard Lee accepted the award at DPW on April 8, 2010. It was 7 day operation for almost 2 years. Thank you all for the people who were involved in this project.
