Magnolia Family Medical Clinic Remodel project, nominated by the County of Ventura, was selected as a 2012 Harry H. Mellon Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting Pacific South Regional winner by The Gordian Group. This 13,116-square-foot medical clinic in an existing county-owned building project involved extremely tight design and construction schedule.
